Former Records Office, Huntingdon

As part of a restoration and refurbishment project to transform the Old Records Office in Huntington into 4 residential apartments for Cross Keys Homes, Lindum Joinery was commissioned by Lindum Group's Peterborough division to manufacture 19 replacement windows of various sizes and designs including boxed sash and arched all made using primed softwood.

Overview

All the windows were manufactured with integral trickle vents to meet building regulations. The glazing was argon filled double glazing units with internal duplex bars finished with wooden beads to give the appearance of a traditional window which was all approved by the heritage officer.
